HILARIOUS DAY WITH TEX - FAVOURITE THUS FAR

We were having a bit of a family reunion in the hunter valley over a wine tasting weekend with 6 of us (mum, dad, 2 sons (26 & 28) and the 2 girlfriends (27 & 29).

We have been to the hunter valley a few time and tried to book with Tex but until now he had been booked out so we went with other companies.

This time we managed to book with Tex and went to 4 wineries with him today as well as a cheese and chocolate tasting. From the moment Tex picked the 6 of us up it really was non-stop laughs. We felt relaxed and comfortable with him straight away and didn’t want the trip to end. The choice of vineyards was fantastic and Tex was even kind enough to organise a substitute vineyard at the very last minute when he realised we had previously been to one of the wineries on the itinerary.

Very keen to book future tours with Tex and would highly recommend it to a friend! Never before had we had such an entertaining tour guide - and even with the jokes and banter, Tex was also very unobtrusive letting us enjoy the wineries and learn a thing or two along the way.

Top fella, great tour guide & comes from Tigerland highly recommend!! Have been on many vineyard tours and this one by far was the BEST!!! Thanks again Tex for a fabulous day!

EXCELLENT WAY TO TOUR THE VINEYARDS AND OTHER ATTRACTIONS

Tex made the day fantastic. He knows the Hunter Valley well, and has a great knowledge of wines. He was flexible with times so we were not hurried, but had us booked for tastings at a number of boutique cellar doors, a chocolate factory, and cheeses too. Tex was the giant genie that gave the day a special edge. I would recommend this tour to any group visiting the Hunter.

TEX MADE THE DAY SO MUCH FUN

I did not know about this booking, but from the outset we were greeted by big Tex waiting by his trusty, very comfortable van. We were laughing and smiling before we got in.
There were 6 of us and we picked up another couple Emma and mat. Tex introduced everyone and we had great conversations.
Tex also took us to wineries that we simply would not learn about otherwise.
If you're planning a day trip to the Hunter Valley wineries, book Tex and have a really enjoyable day.
If we were there two days, I'd even book him for both days.
